As part of the UAE’s ‘Year of the Community’ in 2025, AYS Developers is preparing to stage a landmark real estate training event in partnership with Dr Nour ElSerougy and the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute, aimed at setting a new Guinness World Record.
Taking place on 31 May 2025 at the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre in Dubai, the event will be free to attend and focuses on enhancing skills in off-plan property sales—an essential area in the UAE’s ever-evolving market. It is backed by Al Safi Bank, the AIFC’s premier Islamic bank offering Sharia-compliant global financial services.
Well-known entrepreneur and podcast host Spencer Lodge will serve as master of ceremonies. The session aspires to become the largest real estate training ever held, marking a milestone for the region.
The training itself will be delivered by Dr Nour El-Serougy, a respected name in international real estate education and a Guinness World Record holder. With over 20 years of experience, he is widely regarded as a transformative figure in the property space.
Attendees will also benefit from a panel discussion examining Dubai Islands’ investment potential. The panel includes Mr Ismael Al Hammadi, Mr Nazish Khan, Ms Sonia Waters, and Dr El-Serougy.
High-ranking officials and regulatory stakeholders will also be in attendance, reinforcing the initiative’s importance for both Dubai’s property landscape and wider urban development.
