Korean Food’s Growing Popularity in Europe
Korean food is increasingly popular in Europe, known for its combination of health benefits and bold flavours. With major retailers like Carrefour and Monoprix stocking Korean products, SIAL Paris offers an ideal platform for visitors to explore this emerging trend. Visitors can interact with producers, sample the products, and form valuable business connections.
The rising interest in plant-based diets across Europe has further fuelled the demand for Korean food, which is being embraced by chefs and consumers alike for its versatility and flavour.
