Marcos Ramírez Miguel, CEO of Grupo Financiero Banorte, explained that “it is time to take care of ourselves. Customers who have to attend a branch will be able to request their turn from a healthy distance and thus avoid standing in line. Now in Banorte the next shift is requested through WhatsApp ”.
The protection strategy for clients in this pandemic allows you to avoid lines and arrive exactly when the executive is available to serve you. The service has begun to be implemented in some regions of the country and will be available in all Banorte branches nationwide at the end of the month.
To request their turn through WhatsApp, customers must do one of two ways: Scan the QR code located outside the branch or send the word TURNO + the branch number (CR) to the number 55 4919 4391.
The CR is provided by the host at the branch entrance. Each branch has a different CR and it is suggested to locate this data from the branches closest to your work sites, home or areas you frequent. Whereas by scanning the QR code or requesting the branch CR it is done only once; It is not necessary to return to the branch to perform these steps on subsequent visits.
