If you are planning to travel to Europe, you will need a valid visa. The type of visa you need depends on the purpose of your visit and the country you are visiting. Here is what you need to know about visas for Europe:

1. Schengen visas are valid for 26 European countries. These countries are part of the Schengen Area, which allows free movement of people between member countries. 9. If you overstay your Schengen visa, you may be fined or banned from entering the Schengen Area in the future.

10. it’s important to remember that a Schengen visa is not a guarantee of entry into the Schengen Area. Border officials may deny you entry if they think you are not eligible to enter the country.

Last but certainly not least, be sure to follow basic health and safety guidelines when sightseeing and enjoying your new country. Typically, these are things like keeping a safe distance, using contactless payment when possible, and wearing a mask.
Some countries may enforce other hygiene guidelines not listed above, which is why it’s important to double-check before your trip.
