For that reason, the State Public Employment Service (SEPE) has recalled how to apply for this card. As the agency has reported on its website , the mechanism depends on the autonomous community in which the citizen resides.
Thus, in the event that the citizen resides in an autonomous community must go to the office of the regional employment service that corresponds to him for the address of his home. Depending on the regional administration, you can carry out the procedure electronically, although it is best to contact the employment service and make this type of inquiry.
On the contrary, if you reside in Ceuta or Melilla, you will have to go to the SEPE office that corresponds to your address. Or, failing that, carry out the procedure at the SEPE Electronic Headquarters by accessing with username + password, digital certificate (you can get it in four simple steps ) or electronic DNI.
