Persán has closed the acquisition of a land in Poland to transfer its current production plan to new facilities with greater capacity and greater technological development.

According to sources familiar with the operation, with this purchase, the company ensures an increase in production capacity in a country in which it has already invested around 32 million euros since it started its activity five years ago.

The plot of approximately 10 hectares has been acquired in the town of Wróblowice , close to its current plant in Wroclaw .

According to the same sources, the company plans to invest 40 million euros in the future plant and expects to have it ready by early 2023. Once it is operational, the company will be able to double the number of packaging lines, increase its production in Poland by a 70% and increase technological development.

Five years in Poland
Persán came to Poland in 2015 through a production agreement with E&S, which acquired the PZ Cussons plant . In 2019, the company exercised a purchase option that it held on the plant with which it took control. This movement is necessary for the development of the company in the region, since the current location does not facilitate this possibility.

With this acquisition, Persán complements its industrial capacity in Spain with another benchmark production center that allows it to consolidate its position in the Eastern European market. This new step is part of the internationalization plan in which the company is immersed and which has the dual focus of expanding the market, while strengthening capacity in Spain.
