For the fifth consecutive year, P&G offers young people an opportunity to challenge themselves and demonstrate their capabilities and experience an approach to the world of work through the CEO Challenge 2021 , a global challenge in which university students compete to solve an online case of one of the company brands, this time Oral-B.
Registration for the national round will be open until January 14, 2021.
The P&G CEO Challenge , in addition to offering young people the opportunity to demonstrate their intelligence and business skills outside of the classroom on a global scale, provides participants with a unique experience in which they will engage with students from around the world, as well as P&G leaders, being a great opportunity to generate relationship networks, as well as other professional skills.
Those interested should access the website https://www.pg-ceochallenge.com/ and register individually or in groups of three people. Each team will have 75 minutes to respond to the case and then the groups with the best results will be asked to send a video with an approximate duration of 2 to 5 minutes in which they will present their proposal.
The four finalist groups will present their proposal to the P&G Mexico leadership team and will receive exclusive training from the company. Additionally, members of the winning group will have their own CEO experience.
This group will advance to the regional round, which will continue in virtual mode, in which they will compete with the winners from Latin America for a place in the grand global final in Mexico.
The winners of the global round will be awarded an all expenses paid trip to the United States, with the opportunity to meet P&G Global CEO David Taylor, as well as a spot at P & G’s largest innovation event, Signal 2021.
